Design PortfolioAs a fifth year PhD candidate at UT Austin, my research has broadly focused on the development and application of synthetic biology tools in electroactive bacteria. Through this work I have contributed to a variety of technologies, from living materials to electrical devices. I am currently studying and engineering bacterial cell-cell communication for the development of self-assembled patterns of gene expression in living materials. I employ the use of graphic design and 3D modeling for science communication, data visualization, and creative expression. I am actively searching for career opportunities in academia or industry to apply the research and communication skills outlined in my CV and showcased in my design portfolio.
